Returns & Refunds
At Vaulted Collectables, we stand behind the quality and authenticity of every product we sell. While many of our items are highly collectible or limited in quantity, we aim to offer fair and transparent policies should you ever need to make a return.
📦 Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
Your item arrives damaged, faulty, or significantly not as described
You receive the wrong item
You contact us within 14 days of delivery
Due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted for:
Opened TCG products (e.g. booster packs, boxes, sealed tins once unsealed)
Graded cards or collectibles where condition concerns were stated in the listing
Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at checkout
Change of mind on limited or pre-order items
🔄 How to Request a Return
Contact us at info@vaultedcollectables.com with your order number and reason for return.
Include clear photos if the item is damaged, incorrect, or has a defect.
Wait for our team to review and issue a Return Authorisation (RA) number.
Return the item in its original condition and packaging within 28 days of RA approval.
Unauthorised returns or items returned without an RA may not be accepted.
💰 Refunds
Once the return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
For bundles or discounted sets, partial refunds may be calculated accordingly.
🔄 Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a replacement item, please complete a return and place a new order.
⚠️ Pre-Orders & Delays
Pre-orders can be cancelled before the release date, but a small processing fee may apply.
Delays caused by suppliers or couriers do not qualify for automatic refunds unless the item is officially cancelled.
