Vaulted Collectables specialises in trading cards, graded cards, collectibles, Funko Pops, sealed products, accessories and related merchandise.

We make every effort to display products accurately. However:

  • Colours may appear differently depending on your device.

  • Product availability is not guaranteed until an order has been accepted.

We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

4. PRE-ORDERS

Pre-order products are items that have not yet been released or received into stock.

By placing a pre-order you acknowledge that:

  • Release dates are estimates provided by manufacturers and distributors.

  • Release dates may change without notice.

  • Delays are outside our control.

  • Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items may be shipped together once all items are available unless separate shipping arrangements are agreed.

Should a manufacturer cancel a product, customers will receive a full refund for the cancelled item.

5. PRICING

All prices displayed on our website are in GBP (£) and include UK VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to:

  • Change prices without notice.

  • Correct pricing errors.

  • Cancel orders resulting from pricing or listing errors.

If an order is cancelled due to a pricing error, a full refund will be issued.

6. ORDERS

Submitting an order does not constitute acceptance of that order.

A contract between you and Vaulted Collectables is formed only when your order has been dispatched.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse any order.

  • Limit quantities purchased.

  • Cancel orders suspected of fraud.

  • Cancel orders where stock errors have occurred.

If payment has already been taken, a full refund will be provided.

  • Shop Pay

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors.

8. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only.

Vaulted Collectables is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Royal Mail

  • Courier services

  • Customs inspections

  • Adverse weather

  • Industrial action

  • Events outside our reasonable control

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon confirmed delivery by the shipping carrier.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees or local charges.

9. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Customers have the right to cancel eligible purchases within 14 days of receipt under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

The following products are generally non-returnable unless faulty:

  • Opened trading card products

  • Opened booster boxes

  • Opened packs

  • Mystery products

  • Custom-made items

  • Graded cards where the grading company has authenticated and sealed the item

Returns must be authorised before being sent back.

10. GRADED CARDS

Graded cards are assessed by independent grading companies.

Vaulted Collectables does not guarantee:

  • Future market values

  • Investment performance

  • Resubmission grades

  • Agreement with the grading company's assessment

All graded card purchases are made with the understanding that grading opinions may differ.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website content including:

  • Logos

  • Branding

  • Product photography

  • Graphics

  • Text

  • Website design

is owned by or licensed to Vaulted Collectables and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced or distributed without written permission.

12. PROHIBITED USE

You may not use this website:

  • For unlawful purposes

  • To violate any laws or regulations

  • To infringe intellectual property rights
