Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays.

Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment being received.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM may be processed on the next business day.

Please note that display stands, acrylic cases, and props shown in product photographs are not included unless specifically stated in the product description.
High-Value Orders
For additional security, orders above £100 may be shipped using a tracked and signed-for delivery service.
We reserve the right to upgrade shipping services where necessary to ensure the safe delivery of valuable items.
Tracking Information
Where a tracked service is selected, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has been dispatched.
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information and ensuring delivery arrangements can be met where required.
Combined Orders
Where multiple items are purchased within the same order, we may combine items into a single shipment where appropriate.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
If an incorrect address is supplied:

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

Retain all packaging materials until the matter has been resolved.
For lost parcels:

UK shipments will generally not be considered lost until 10 working days after the expected delivery date.

International shipments will generally not be considered lost until 20 working days after the expected delivery date.
We will work with the courier to investigate and resolve any shipping issues as quickly as possible.
