RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

At Vaulted Collectables, we stand behind the quality and authenticity of every product we sell. As many of our products are collectible, limited edition, or sealed items, specific conditions apply to returns and refunds.

1. OUR 30-DAY RETURN POLICY

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as received.

  • Be returned in their original packaging.

  • Include any tags, seals, accessories, or promotional items.

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

2. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Please include:

  • Your order number.

  • Reason for the return.

  • Photographs if the item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

Returns should not be sent until authorisation has been received from our customer support team.

3. DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged item.

  • A faulty item.

  • An incorrect item.

  • An item significantly different from its description.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs where possible.

We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement, refund, or other suitable resolution.

4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Due to the nature of collectible products, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrect:

Trading Card Products

  • Opened booster packs.

  • Opened booster boxes.

  • Opened Elite Trainer Boxes.

  • Opened tins or collection boxes.

  • Any sealed product that has been opened or tampered with.

Graded Cards & Collectibles

  • Professionally graded cards.

  • Authenticated collectibles.

  • Items where condition details were clearly shown and described before purchase.

Other Non-Returnable Products

  • Custom or personalised items.

  • Special order products.

  • Gift cards.

  • Clearance, final sale, or liquidation items.

  • Digital products or downloadable content.

5. CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

For unopened and unused products, change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the return is due to our error.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returned items must arrive back in resalable condition.

6. PRE-ORDERS

Pre-orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

Where payment processor fees have already been incurred, an administration fee may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.

Manufacturer or distributor delays do not automatically qualify for refunds once a product has shipped.

If a supplier cancels a product entirely, customers will receive a full refund.

7. EXCHANGES

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you require a different item, please:

  1. Request a return for the original item.

  2. Place a new order separately.

This ensures the fastest processing and stock availability.

8. EUROPEAN UNION & UK CONSUMER RIGHTS

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

Where legally applicable, customers may have the right to cancel certain purchases within the relevant cooling-off period.

This right does not apply to products that have been opened, personalised, or otherwise exempt under consumer legislation.

9. REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow:

  • 3–5 business days for us to process the refund.

  • Additional time for your bank, card provider, PayPal, Klarna, or other payment provider to complete the transaction.
